blueberry lake food drops

All food caches must not exceed 50 lbs.

  • For food caches at the Blueberry Lake Trailhead, you will receive a lock combination specific to your bear locker where you can open it up and collect your cache when you arrive. The caches will be placed 1-2 days before your scheduled arrival date and up to 1 week ahead of time.

$129/cache OR $99/cache for GDTA members

  • For food caches up at Blueberry Lake, we will coordinate a pick up date and time via InReach messages. We cannot leave a cache up there unattended, so this will require coordination on both our parts. It does mean you don’t have to hike down the Blueberry Trail to retrieve your cache and you can camp at the lake.
