From stunning mountain vistas, to incredible wildflower meadows, there is a hike for everyone to enjoy in the Robson Valley.

  • For all hikes, guests are responsible to provide their own water (2L recommended), food, hiking equipment (backpack & boots) and appropriate clothing.

  • Most full day treks require a high-clearance vehicle to access the trailhead. Transportation can be provided if necessary. Please Contact Us with your availability dates as well as experience/fitness level and we’ll be happy to provide you with a list of available trips in the area to help choose the trip that is just right for you.

Half-day (May-Oct): 1-4 people: $349 (including taxes)

Details:

  • For all backpacking trips, guests are responsible to provide their own personal hiking equipment. A gear list will be sent to you upon booking.

  • Tents, sleeping bag and pads can be rented through us for an additional cost.

  • All prices include permits, food, your guide and group camping equipment.

Notes:

  • Overnight to 7-day trips typically start at 08:00 on Day 1 and finish at 17:00 on the last day.

  • Some backpacking trips require a high-clearance vehicle to access the trailhead. Transportation can be provided if necessary.

  • If you would like to book a trip and provide your own food, please contact us for adjusted pricing.


MULTI-DAY HIKES REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  • There is a 15% non-refundable deposit at time of booking. If you are unsure if the trip is suitable for your group, please contact us before booking.

  • If just one person is signed up for a group trip, there will be an additional $100/day charge to accommodate. Please let us know if this will be a concern.

  • Final balance is due 90 days prior to trip date which this is non-refundable once paid.

  • If a booking is made 90 days or less prior to trip date, complete payment is due with no option for refund. There is a lot to prepare for every backpack & ski trip and this is to ensure those costs are covered. We hope you understand.

  • We attempt the trip no matter the weather forecast! We reserve the right to cancel trips or change trip location due to unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to inform you as soon as possible, and to provide suitable substitutes of similar length and difficulty. Any trips cancelled by us will receive a 95% refund (5% covers credit card and admin fees).

blueberry lake Trailhead food drops

All food caches must not exceed 40 lbs.

  • For food caches at the Blueberry Lake Trailhead, you will receive a lock combination specific to your bear locker where you can open it up and collect your cache when you arrive. The caches will be placed 1-2 days before your scheduled arrival date and up to 1 week ahead of time. Fuel canisters can be added to the booking if interested.

    $129/cache OR $99/cache for GDTA members

  • For food caches up at Blueberry Lake, we will coordinate a pick up date and time via InReach messages. We cannot leave a cache up there unattended, so this will require coordination on both our parts. It does mean you don’t have to hike down the Blueberry Trail to retrieve your cache and you can camp at the lake.

GDT Shuttles

  • For 2025, we are offering group shuttles on Thursday/Friday/Saturday only from mid-July through to the beginning of September.

  • Thursday/Saturday from McBride to Blueberry Lake Trailhead and back to McBride.
