  • If you need to cancel a booking, you will get a full refund (minus 15% transaction/processing fee) up to 1 week prior to trip departure.

  • If you cancel within 1 week of your trip, we will do our very best to accommodate and reschedule, but you will not receive a refund. Sorry.

  • For group half day hikes & ice walks, we need a minimum of 2 people to book and for full day hikes, a minimum of 4. If we need to cancel due to lack of attendance, we will first try to change the tour to a different time slot or day, but if that’s not possible, you will receive a full 100% refund. Please be flexible and don't hesitate to reach out if this is a concern to you. Private trips are always an option to guarantee your trip will go so please email us if you'd like to upgrade to a private trip.

  • We are a family-run business so our booking policy reflects the challenges we face as a small operator. We hope you understand.

OUR WAIVER

  • Our waiver must be signed to participate in all hikes and Maligne Canyon Ice walks. We require you review our waiver before booking a trip with us. Click below to view a copy of our waiver. You may fill it out if you wish, but do not sign it; it is required to be signed in the presence of your guide on the day of the trip. If you have any medical conditions which require special attention or may affect your hike, please contact us directly and forward on a filled in Medical Information sheet linked below.
